Refund & Return Policy — Upside Apparel

Because all products at Upside Apparel are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes. Each item is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, which allows us to offer unique designs without holding inventory.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

If approved, a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible.
No refunds are issued for damaged/incorrect items — replacements only.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
Packages lost by the carrier may be eligible for a replacement after the carrier completes their investigation.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because printing begins quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, all sales are final.
Final Sale Items
All products purchased from Upside Apparel are considered final sale.
