Shipping Policy — Upside Apparel

At Upside Apparel, every item is made-to-order and fulfilled through professional print partners. This process ensures high-quality prints and fast delivery times.


1. Processing Time (Production Time)

Each item is created after your order is placed.
Production Time: 1–3 business days

(This depends on the print facility workload and is consistent with Printify production times.)


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly from the nearest available fulfillment center.

Shipping times may vary depending on local carriers, weather, and holiday periods.


3. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
Tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.


4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, Upside Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.


5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • check with neighbors

  • check with local carriers

  • wait 48 hours (packages sometimes scan early)

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we may issue a replacement after verifying the situation.


6. Customs Fees (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
Upside Apparel does not control local customs processes.


7. Multiple Items Ship Separately

Because we use multiple print facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
